“The students’ Speaking Ability”

In Indonesia, English is very important because English as a second language to communicate with others. The Indonesian teenager especially for students should study and comprehend about English. The first important skill is speaking, because if you can speak English well, it is easy for you to communicate with other people. In fact, the students’ ability in speaking is still low, why?. Well in this writing I will tell you about the matter that can make why the students’ speaking ability is still low, like English is difficult lesson, the vocabularies is difficult to remember, and there is no a good confidence.

In my first opinion, the students’ ability in speaking is still low, because they think that English is so difficult lesson. Another lesson is more easy than English for them. They think that, they are Indonesian people, why do they should study about English?. English is no important language in their life. The important languages for them are Indonesia language and their mother language.

Second, their vocabularies mastery is not too much. I think that the greater part of students difficult to remember many vocabularies, because they think that they not only study about English but also they study about another lesson. The students lazy to open dictionary and lazy to bring it. They have many dictionary but they use it only to be the pillow for them to sleep. And also, there are many students does not have dictionary because they think that dictionary is expensive. I think that it because they more like buy clothes or hang out with their friend than buy dictionary.

Third, the students do not have a good confidence. In my opinion, the confidence is very important than everything because if we have a confidence is easy for us to say or do everything. We as a GOD creature should show our confidence wherever because human is a perfect GOD’s creature. And also I think that a confidence will give us the motivation. If we have had a motivation, so, we will spirit to do to something. If the students want to speak everything, they should always show their confidence so that they do not trembling when they say something in front of many people. If the students have had a good confidence, so when they want to speak, they will fast in their speaking without choked. In short, English is important language lesson because it is become second language in the world. It is not loss out for the students if they can comprehend English well. The vocabularies is very important also to give easy for them to create a words about what will we say, so the students  will not confused when we arrange the words. And also they should increase their confidence that will increase their motivation to study about English and brave to speak everything.

“Bad Effects Of Fast Food”

Fast food or junk food is more popular than other non fast food especially in a big city. Teenager usually consume fast food because it is delicious and practical, but they don’t know what some negative effects of this fast food are. Junk food has no nutrition value. So, I absolutely disagree fast food becomes people’s daily need, especially for teenager.

First reason, by eating junk food, teenager will not get any nutrients required for proper functioning of the body. It means that the teenager will always be tired and fatigued to do their work. So, the teenager will feel constantly hungry and weak due to imbalance created by the junk food.

Next reason, junk food is full of fat and calories. This will get converted to fat deposit in the body. It doesn’t contain any nutrients that are beneficial to the human body. In most cases, these food are filled with harmful carbohydrates, fats, and cholesterol that do not provide any useful energy. So, the teenager will gain more weight if they always consume this junk food. Furthermore, consumption of junk food can cause chronic degenerative disease, as well as hypertension, obesity, etc. Eating foods with high sodium content like what is in chips and French fries can lead to the teenager developing high blood pressure. This makes the teenager more prone to heart disease.

In short, I think that junk food shouldn’t be often eat by people especially for teenager, because it can cause some harmful effects, such as lack of energy, obesity, high cholesterol, heart diseases and diabetes.

“Mobile Phones At School”

What do you think about using mobile phone at school?  Nowadays more and more students bring their cell phone to school.  Although, teachers already forbid the students bring hand phone to school but the students ignore it and still bring mobile phone to school.  As for me, regarding this dispute I totally agree if mobile phone forbidden to bring by the students.  Why I agree if mobile phone is forbidden at school, because of some reason.

The first reason is mobile phone can make students not focus when following a subject of study.  Because, they usually sending and receiving messages or open social networks like Facebook or Twitter  and it make lesson that delivered by the teacher is useless.  The second reason is cell phone make can students can’t understand well the materials that deliver by the teachers.  The third reason if the hand phone is ringing it can disturb the learning activity in the class and also can broken  concentration of the students.  The fourth reason mobile phone can used by students for cheating with their friends when doing examination.  So, it make the students lazy to study at home because they can cheat their friends work with just send a message when the examination is running.  The last reason is cell phone can make students lazy to study at school as consequently they score will decrease because they focus on their mobile phone but not paying attention when the teacher deliver a lesson. One more time I really really agree if the school forbid their student bring hand phone to school.  In short, those are the main reasons why I am strongly agree if mobile phone is forbid at school.

“The Different Between Live In The Village And In The City”

Village is a natural and traditional  place, and the city is a modern place. Many people are prefer live in the city than in the village. they  think that live there is more happiness. But, i disagree about it. Because live in the village is more comfortable than in the city. There are very busy, and very hot. Its air are not fresh like in the village. Many pollution there. It is cause from the factories and the transportation fumes. And then, many transportation can cause traffic jam. But if in the village we can felt the natural air. Because there are many trees. There are still many traditional building, and many scenery is so beautiful. The different with the city, there are many high building and more modern. But there are many jobless too. Besides, live in the village we can felt quiet and not busy. And then if the night we can heard the cricket sound too, and not sound from the factories or transportation. And the weather is not hot  like in the city. And then, there is still a traditional market there. The traditional market very different with modern market, like mall.

Next, the education in the village and in the city is very different. They think that the facilities in the city is better than in the village. Because there was using a good facilities. It can help the students to study and to search the information. It can easiest them. They are use a good technology too, like the computer. It has very important for them. Because many information who can their get. On the contrary, in the village seldom have the computer in their school. And then, the facilities which they have still be left. They felt very hard to search the information. In fact, many villages do not have a good building school. But I think it is not make them stop to go to school. They always have the spirit about it. And then, the personalities of villagers and citizens they have also different. Personality of the villager is more friendly and very kind. But personality of the citizen is more individual. But some people there is very kind too. Those are some reason about the different between live in the village and in the city. And I prefer live in the village to in the city because more comfortable for me.

“Internet For Our Life”

Today, there are many the ways to get information about everything in this world. And the one of them is the best choice for us to get anything that we do not know. Yeah, it is internet. Do you know about this one? In my opinion internet is the best way for us to get something, and help us to solving some problem or maybe we can find the new word or new information from it. And I’m strongly agree if the internet being used wherever and whenever.

Firstly, many people get difficulties from their assignment or many else, and they can finish it with open their application in their mobile phone. For example they open goggle and looking for their answer in this one. Therefore, it is important for someone to find the hot news or maybe other information about the headline news in our life. Person can seek information from this one, and if they still confused with their teacher explanation, they can seeking other opinion from internet. Furthermore, to download something that we like, for example Mp3, movie, documenter film, many pictures like photo actress, cartoon picture, and many others. And it is the easy way from us and helps us to find something that we do not know. On the other hand, internet has many benefits for our life. Not only give new information, but also it can add our knowledge about something and we can find it in internet. Moreover, for students who do not have material or explanation from their task, they can find the problem of their task with click www.google.com and of course this answer of their problem will show in front of them in their notebook or mobile phone. I feel that internet can give us many benefit from our life. But, we must know about negative effect and positive effect from it. However, internet can help us to solve our problem.

“Modern Tools Communication For Children”

Do you know about Modern tools communication in this era? In this era modern tools communication is very important in the life. Modern tools communication can help people to communicate with people in other place. Now, many kind of tools communication. Example, hand phone can access media communication such as Face book and Twitter. It, can make people to interaction with all people.

Modern tools communication for all people especially for children. Now, many children have kind of modern tools communication. Their parents has opinion about that. They think that modern tools communication gave new knowledge and information for them. Parents gave it for their children because they won’t if their children lest backward media. Of course, the parents should be able to know what their children do and might give more attention for their children. But, I disagree with the parents think about modern tools communication for their children. Parents don’t think about the negative impact. Because, it can change their habit. Children not focus with their education. Example, modern tools communication could seizure their time to play together with their friends. They could bring it wherever they want. Children will be idle and lazy cause it. Without us knowing, children could access internet from their modern tools communication. They could search anything from internet such as game. On the other hand, from internet sex, violence, and others sold openly without hindrance.  Moreover, addicted to play modern tools communication is suspected to lead children to become lazy writing or social activities. Parents should be very meaningful for their children. Because children will one day become the future generation, so parents might give good guidance. In conclusion, parents should be choose a good media communication for their children. However, good modern tools communication could give a positive impact for them.

“Early Marriage”

Marriage is a special bond. When two hearts are united, the marriage becomes successful. These days, boys and girls want to tie the knot at an early age. This early marriage fad is becoming common and thus comes along many problems. In a marriage, it takes two people to make it work. There should be good understanding and trust built between the couple. Youngsters do not know the problems that come along when getting married early.

Here below are some of the issues that arise in an early marriage. The first is young couples who get married early do not know how to manage responsibility. They are still young in their mind set and still have to learn what a marriage is all about. This is the first problem that occurs in an early marriage. The second is an early marriage, kills the feeling of youth. When teenagers get married at an early age, their young youthfulness is disturbed. They cannot enjoy their freedom as they are tied down to marriage and new responsibilities. The third is early pregnancy can affect the life of a teenage girl. A 19-year-old girl cannot undergo the pressure of bearing a child. It not only effects her physical health, but emotional too. When it comes to looking after a child, it is difficult too as she herself is a child and will not know much about parental guidance. The fourth is the feeling of adjustment is difficult when young teens have an early marriage. They do not seem to adjust to their partner easily, therefore it results in divorce. And the last is when you get married at an early age, individual interests cannot be fulfilled. The bride or the groom would want to study further and excel in other things but they get tied down due to financial problems. This will also result in not getting a job that they want as they lack a good educational background. So teenagers, should be well aware of these problems before they walk down the aisle to say, ‘I do'.

“National Exam Should Be Abolished”

National examination is one of criteria or reference to measure the successful of education process for students, teachers and school. UN debut was started since this policy was stated in 2003. UN creates the bad thing only. Both students and teachers feel underestimated on it. They faced many problems and finally a number of ways are practiced in UN. There is a lot of dishonesty and corruption happened.

Now I want to state that National Examination should be abolished.  There are some reasons why do I say like that. First, National Examination only takes a cognitive aspect while in education there are three aspects, Cognitive, Affective and Psycho-motor. But in fact, UN just takes one aspect. The others aspect do not examine in UN. Secondly, Social and psychological aspect. The government state the UN passing grade are 5.50. This policy makes students, teachers, and also school stress. They are in worry. The effect of this policy is the student are forced studying hard. Everyday they burden with serious lesson, UN materials and soon. Time by time the students be stressful and week. They became sick not only their physic but also their mental. Next, Economics aspect. National Examination needs so much cost. There is also a good system to arrange it. Unfortunately, the cost of UN often corrupt by some people. It opens corruption in many aspects. From the stage holder till to the school through out Indonesia. The last one Is UN activity honestly? It is being a public secret that there are so many play foul as long as the examination. The school treats the rule. They became dishonest. Many students cheat as long as the exam. Many teacher give the answer to the students and other dishonest. Finally. UN is the government policy. The government should  abolish UN. UN only give bad effect to everyone. If it still happened and to be the only one criteria in passing the students. It will always be a big problem.
